Job Title: Clinical Solutions Director
Location: Houston TX
Pay: $90/hr

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Clinical Solutions Directorfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Houston TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and co-create strategic priorities and actionable roadmaps across clinical solution programs
• Provide managerial technical and motivational leadership to high-performing teams
• Ensure alignment across business units ISD and vendor partners
• Lead organizational change initiatives including optimization and stabilization efforts
• Oversee complex cross-functional projects and enterprise initiatives
• Manage resource allocation capacity planning and demand management
• Ensure timely and effective execution of multiple concurrent programs
• Direct strategy and execution across Population Health Interoperability Research & Genomics Care & Case Management Patient Experience and Post-Acute & Advanced Care at Home
• Support and optimize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic or similar platforms
• Collaborate with business leaders IT teams and external vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Clinical Discipline or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10 years of progressive experience managing large complex corporate information systems
• Proven leadership in enterprise IT or clinical systems environments
• Experience leading large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure (mainframe microcomputer systems etc.)
• Strong knowledge of development tools methodologies and application programming
• Experience with EHR systems (e.g. Epic or similar)
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
