A reputable healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Medical/Surgical unit. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care using the nursing process (assessment planning implementation evaluation)
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required (State of Georgia or compact)
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
