Job Summary
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Eads CO
Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours/week (5x8)
Shift: Night Shift (Variable 8 to 12-hour shifts)
Position Overview
A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will support nursing staff and ensure patient comfort safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Support patient mobility transfers and repositioning
- Maintain a clean safe and comfortable patient environment
- Assist nurses with routine care and clinical support tasks
- Provide emotional support and maintain patient dignity
- Accurately document care and observations
Schedule & Work Details
- Night shift with variable scheduling
- 8-hour standard shifts with occasional 12-hour shifts
- 5 days per week (40 hours/week)
Experience & Requirements
- Previous CNA experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety
