What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day spa operations including managing and organising invoices coordinating group bookings and ensuring all relevant information is communicated clearly to the night team and finance team.
Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Front of House (FOH) operations (Retail & eforea Spa Reception) by communicating and delegating tasks effectively to ensure achievement of objectives and operational standards
To monitor Stay Experiences (Satisfaction Tracking System) results and provide recommendations to Head of Department.
To ensure that all products are ordered stored and requisitioned according to the highest standards. Potential shelf life of products must be taken into account
To build and maintain excellent relationships with all product suppliers ensuring an effective partnership when it comes to training service promotions and incentive programs
Take ownership of and be responsible for ensuring all administration procedures regarding client care are carried out including managing booking procedures client payments and consultation cards.
Follows Hiltons operating brand standards at all times in the Spa.
Environmentally Awareness according to Hilton Worldwide
Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Able to work independently with a high level of efficiency and initiative to get things done.
Collaborate with the Head of Department and Director of Operations regarding administration and office co-ordination as required.
Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through personalisation quality creativity range and value for money services available throughout the spa
The Person Qualifications Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in the Spa & Wellbeing industry
Previous experience with rostering and payroll is required
Availability to work weekends and evenings and flexibility is required
Excellent customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft office specifically Microsoft excel data entry and analysis
Positive attitude
Good communication skills
SOP development experiences
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations in fast past environment and proactive action
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
Team organisation experience leading a diverse team
Financial and budget report experience required
Excellent grooming and presentation
