Job Summary
GARNEY CONSTRUCTION
ACarpenter Foreman positionis available at Garney. To be considered for this position you must have previous carpentry experience. As a carpenter foreman you will coordinate operations and oversee workers at a construction site. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors you will be a key person for the completion of a project.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Follow project plans and schedules to ensure that crews meet production goals
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Drive job site safety and promote safety culture
- Assist in cost control
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience as a form carpenter
- Knowledge of construction procedures and equipment
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Ability to work from heights
- Understand blueprint drawings and specifications
- Must be willing to work overtime
