Hiring: Data Engineer (Oracle PL/SQL)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL to design develop and optimize data pipelines database systems and integration workflows.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ETL processes data transformation database performance tuning and large-scale data processing while ensuring data quality scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering

• Design and develop ETL / ELT pipelines for data ingestion processing and transformation

• Build scalable data workflows to support analytics and reporting systems

• Develop data integration solutions across multiple source systems

Oracle / PL/SQL Development

• Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures functions packages and triggers

• Write complex SQL queries for extraction transformation and reporting

• Perform query tuning indexing and database performance optimization

Data Integration

• Integrate data from enterprise applications APIs databases and warehouse systems

• Support batch and scheduled data loads

Data Quality & Governance

• Implement validation checks and monitoring mechanisms

• Ensure data consistency integrity and security

Collaboration

• Work closely with Analysts Developers and Business teams

• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL

• Experience in ETL / ELT development

• Data pipeline development and data integration

• Query optimization and performance tuning

• Oracle Database experience

• Unix / Linux / Shell scripting

• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts

• Banking / Financial domain experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science IT or related field

• 5–6 years of relevant experience
