• Managerial work directing a Elementary School staff of employees engaged in the preparation and service of a variety of meals in a school cafeteria.
• Supervises the training of new personnel.
• Plans assigns supervises and inspects the work of subordinates through daily work and cleaning schedules.
• Collaborates with the Food Service Director in planning the monthly menu.
• Responsible for ordering and receiving all food and supplies.
• Supervises and participates in the preparation cooking and service of a wide variety of food items and a la carte offerings.
• Supervises care and use of equipment.
• Follows established procedures to ensure standards of cleanliness health and safety.
• Responsible for daily cash receipts.
• Responsible for keeping accurate food production inventory meal count and financial records.
• Delivers a yearly evaluation to all staff with assistance from the Food Service Director.
• Fulfills all Catering requests from Central Office during the school days
• Works 8 hour day
• Eligible to participate in professional development classes when offered.

Salary:As per the Food Services contract.
