Are you a puzzle-solver with a passion for helping the aging community Visiting Angels is looking for a high-energy detail-orientedScheduling Assistant to be the bridge between our amazing caregivers and the families who rely on them.

In this role you arent just moving shifts around; you are ensuring that seniors receive consistent high-quality care by matching them with the right caregivers at the right time.

The Role at a Glance

• Job Type: Part-time

• Location: Canton OH

• Pay Range: $18 per hour

• Reporting to: Operations Manager

What Youll Be Doing

• The Master Puzzle: Manage daily and weekly schedules for our team of caregivers ensuring all client shifts are filled.

• Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for caregivers regarding their schedules call-outs and availability.

• Client Connection: Communicate schedule changes to clients and their families with empathy and professionalism.

• Problem Solving: Quickly address last-minute cancellations by finding suitable replacements to ensure no lapse in care.

• Compliance & Matching: Match caregivers to clients based on skills personality and specific care requirements.

• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in our scheduling software to ensure seamless payroll and billing processes

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 12 years in scheduling administrative support or customer service preferred (Home Care experience is a huge plus!).

• Reliability: A commitment to being a steady presence for our staff and the families we serve.

• Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly via text and email.

• The Puzzle Solver Mindset: Ability to handlecomplex logistics and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
