QBE is seeking a Operations Support - II to support the IEW&S contract.

Responsibilities

Candidate shall provide support services related to refining or tracking actions to operate efficiently which typically include:

• Support CPE IEWS Integration Directorate with day-to-day operations serve as the proponent for all taskers requirements and RFIs that require CPE IEWS Integration Directorate review and action.
• Monitor several sources for received taskers and requirements to include but not limited to Integration Directorate e-mail inbox and HQDA Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
• Establish and maintain database and electronic files to capture all critical information pertaining to Integration Directorate programs/efforts within the Integration Directorate SharePoint Site.
• Prepare weekly/quarterly reports to HQ participation in weekly staff meetings coordinating external meetings/visits and management of government property.

• Active US Government clearance at Secret level or higher
• Associate degree / 2 year technical school (Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business)
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and other stakeholders
