OPERATIONAL: 1. Manage day to day operation of Customer Service group and ensure delivery of SLA and objectives 2. Handles critical and special customer to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: 1. Manages teams utilization and productivity 2. Ensures all process documentation and drives process improvements for the division 3. Ensures the team delivers high quality accurate and timely service to both internal and external customers 4. Implement and monitor team initiatives LEADERSHIP AND EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION: 1. First escalation point for Customer Service member 2. Perform follow- up communication activities as required by order priority type 3. Communicated all pertinent information regarding critical issues to the team 4. Provides coaching and assistance to all direct reports to help achieve objectives and service levels 5. Provide coaching and feedback sessions to Customer Service team members for performance behavioral and disciplinary issue 6. Responds timely and accurately to escalations of internal and external customers via phone and/ or email
