At Grodan knowledge only creates value when it is shared applied and continuously improved. To strengthen our global crop advisory capability we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who will build and drive the Grodan Academy worldwide.

The opportunity

You design and continuously improve structured learning paths that elevate crop advisors sales and technical roles across regions. You translate real field challenges into practical learning solutions and ensure consistent onboarding and capability standards worldwide.

This is a hands-on impact-driven role at the heart of Grodans knowledge ecosystem.

What you will drive

• Own the design rollout and continuous improvement of the Grodan Academy
• Develop capability frameworks learning paths and certification structures
• Create and update training modules (e-learning virtual classrooms assignments)
• Lead LMS improvements and learning initiatives
• Identify knowledge gaps with regional crop advisors and translate them into structured training
• Support global knowledge-sharing initiatives and annual summits
• Contribute to consistent global standards for crop advice quality

Who you are

• Background in horticulture crop production or agronomy combined with L&D experience
• Experience with LMS platforms and curriculum design
• Hands-on pragmatic and comfortable working with technical experts and commercial teams
• Strong communication skills in English
• International mindset
