Wir suchen eine:n Werkstudent:in die uns in der Produktionsleitung und Prozesstechnik bei diversen Projekten für unser Werk in Wuppertal unterstützen kann.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Einführung der 6S Methoden im gesamten Werk

• Projektschritte definieren und Entwicklung dokumentieren

• Standards (Methoden Farben Equipment u.s.w.) definieren

Effizienzsteigerung (Material- und Arbeitseffizienz)

• Analyse von Produktionszahlen

• Defizite analysieren und Potential für Verbesserungen finden

• Maßnahmen planen Umsetzung begleiten und dokumentieren

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Technisches Grundverständnis und ein Talent für Produktionsorganisation.

• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.

• Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

• Analytische und lernorientierte Arbeitsweise.

• 6S-Kenntnisse sind vom Vorteil.

We are looking for a working student to support us in Production Management and Process Engineering on various projects for our plant in Wuppertal.

Your responsibilities:

Support of Production Management and Process Engineering in projects

• Implementation of 6S methods across the entire plant

• Defining project steps and documenting development

Defining standards (methods colors equipment etc.)

• Efficiency improvement (material and labor efficiency)

• Analysis of production figures

• Analyzing deficits and identifying potential for improvements

• Planning measures supporting implementation and documenting results

What you bring with you:

• Technical basic understandingand a talent for production organization.

• Very good German and English skills spoken and written.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility.

• Analytical and learning-oriented working style.

• Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage.
