If you are a forward-thinker who thrives in a diverse global setting we want to hear from An Impact:We are seeking a talented Trade Compliance Manager to join our Distribution Center FTZ / Trade Compliance team at Fossil this role you will lead US Customs activity manage self-filed entries and ensure adherence to CBP and C-TPAT program requirements. You will also provide functional leadership to a North American compliance team driving adherence to country-specific import and export regulations. An ideal candidate will possess the ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders government agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality compliance and continuous you will do in this role:Lead and inspire the Trade Compliance team fostering a high-performing and collaborative proactive collaboration and provide essential support to the Logistics team Warehouse Operations and daily operational compliance with all applicable US and Canadian Trade Compliance government agency as the primary liaison cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with U.S. and Canadian Customs U.S. Fish & Wildlife FDA EPA CPSC and other government agencies as and strategically procure third-party Trade Compliance service providers including Customs brokers FTZ Administrators and ABI software engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders and contributors to achieve shared prioritize and implement impactful improvement opportunities and innovative and execute a comprehensive Trade Compliance Roadmap to drive strategic daily Trade Compliance operations consistently meet established quality and service level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Who You Are:A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management International Business or a related Customs Broker (LCB) including candidates who have passed the exam and are actively awaiting license track record managing Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) C-TPAT certification and hands-on experience with US Customs self-filed of HTS classification and export control procedures with specific expertise navigating multi-agency in navigating complex international trade laws and logistics.A data-driven problem solver capable of managing third-party service providers (Brokers ABI vendors) and ensuring daily operations meet strict authentic collaborative leader with experience providing functional leadership to a experience navigating Canadian trade compliance and cross-border regulatory requirements is We OfferComprehensive Benefits: Includes health and well-being servicesRetirement Planning: 401(k) match and educational resourcesPaid Parental Leave & Return to Work Program: Support for new parents and caregiversGenerous Paid Time Off: Floating Holidays Sick Time Personal Days Summer Flex FridaysHybrid Work: 1 remote day per week and flexible Work-From-Anywhere optionsTuition Reimbursement: Support for approved educational programsEmployee Discounts: Enjoy savings on Fossil merchandise
