System Administrator

Role: System Administrator (Active Directory & Azure Cybersecurity Knowledge)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator with strong experience inon-prem Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) along with solid knowledge ofcybersecurity practices. This role requires hands-on expertise in identity management system administration cloud integration and securing enterprise environments.


Key Responsibilities:


Administer and manageon-prem Active Directoryinfrastructure (users groups GPOs OU structure)
Manage and supportAzure Active Directory (Entra ID)including SSO MFA and conditional access policies
Handleidentity and access management (IAM)across enterprise systems
Perform user provisioning de-provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC)
Implement and maintainGroup Policies (GPOs)and security configurations
Integrate on-prem systems withAzure cloud services(hybrid environment)
Monitor system performance availability and security
Troubleshoot complex issues related to identity access authentication and integrations
Implementcybersecurity best practices including endpoint security access controls and vulnerability management
Support audits compliance requirements and security assessments
Collaborate with IT security and engineering teams for system improvements and automation
Maintain documentation for system configurations processes and policies



Required Skills & Qualifications:


5 years of experience as a System Administrator
Strong hands-on experience withActive Directory (on-prem)
Strong experience withAzure Active Directory (Entra ID)
Experience inhybrid environments (on-prem Azure)
Knowledge ofidentity protocols(SAML OAuth OpenID Connect)
Hands-on experience withGroup Policy (GPO)management
Strong understanding ofcybersecurity principles(IAM MFA Zero Trust least privilege)
Experience withPowerShell scriptingfor automation
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills



Preferred / Nice to Have:


Experience withMicrosoft 365 / O365 administration
Knowledge ofendpoint security tools(Defender CrowdStrike etc.)
Familiarity withSIEM tools(Splunk Sentinel etc.)
Exposure tonetwork security concepts(VPN firewalls)
Certifications likeMicrosoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)Security or similar
