At the heart of Raby Castle sitsThe Vinery a stunning glasshouse café within the Castle Park and Gardens. Were looking for a passionate Barista to join our lively Food & Beverage team delivering exceptional coffee and warm hospitality across a truly unique estate.

From crafting beautiful coffee in The Vinery to supporting pop-up venues in the Dutch Barn Riding School and Castle this is a varied role in an inspiring setting.

What Youll Be Doing:

As a key member of our Food and Beverage team youll have an exciting mix of responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks at speed and to a consistently high standard

• Prepare and serve fresh locally sourced food
• Deliver friendly efficient service in busy café kiosk and event settings
• Support estate events from intimate teas to large-scale pop-ups
• Sell refreshments tickets and retail items with strong product knowledge
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness organisation and safety
