Job Summary::

We are looking for an experienced Sterling OMS Backend Developer with strong Store module experience. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management System backend development and hands-on exposure to store fulfillment store inventory and store order flows. Frontend store experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and customize solutions in IBM Sterling OMS backend.
• Work extensively on Store Order Fulfillment BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In Store) Ship From Store and Store Inventory flows.
• Configure and customize Sterling OMS APIs Services User Exits and Agents.
• Develop and enhance store-related business processes in Sterling OMS.
• Work on order lifecycle management from order capture to fulfillment through stores.
• Integrate Sterling OMS with POS WMS ERP and other third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Sterling OMS store order processing performance.
• Collaborate with frontend teams for store UI-related integrations (good to have).
• Participates in requirement analysis design discussions and code reviews.
  
  Required Skill:
  
• Strong experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) backend development.
• Hands-on experience in Store Fulfillment / Store Inventory / Store Order flows.
• Expertise in Sterling OMS APIs User Exits Services Agents and Pipelines.
• Experience with Java J2EE XML XSLT.
• Experience in integration with POS / WMS / ERP systems.
• Good understanding of Order Lifecycle Management in retail/store context.
• Knowledge of BOPIS Ship From Store Return to Store scenarios.
