Job Summary

Designs analyzes modifies and integrates robotics automation technologies and processes related to equipment and tooling for applicability to programs and products. Develops implements and tests preventative maintenance plans interim solutions for damaged and unsafe equipment and tooling. Investigates and documents engineering changes and controls equipment and tooling configuration in accordance with standard operating procedures. Develops and recommends equipment reliability improvements through the application of reliability engineering tooling.

Education & Experience

• 5 - 8 years of experience required

• 2 years of team lead experience required

• College or university degree required

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery across design analysis integration and validation of automation systems; define architectures specifications and acceptance criteria; guide test planning data collection and performance verification; drive reliability engineering and maintainability improvements; manage change control documentation and configuration integrity; coordinate cross-functional interfaces and readiness for deployment; embed safety quality and compliance in solutions; mentor contributors and promote standardized practices to ensure operational excellence.
