Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives including definingKPIs measurement frameworks and performance tracking strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams includingProduct Engineering and Customer Successto deliver actionable insights
- Analyze large multi-dimensional datasets to uncover trends optimize campaigns and support business decisions
- Design and developinteractive dashboards reports and visualizationsfor both internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize modern data collaboration tools and clean room environments for secure data analysis
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Engage directly with stakeholders to understand requirements provide updates and present insights

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 9 yearsof experience in Data Analytics or Data Science roles
- Strong expertise inSQL Python and Excel for data analysis
- Hands-on experience withdata visualization toolssuch asTableau Looker or Metabase
- Solid understanding ofdata modeling statistical analysis and measurement methodologies
- Experience working withlarge-scale datasets and building analytical solutions
- Prior experience inAdTech / Marketing Analytics domain (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge ofcampaign measurement attribution models and performance analytics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights tobusiness and technical stakeholders
- Experience working inclient-facing environments
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure toClean Room technologies(e.g. privacy-focused data collaboration platforms)
