Job Summary
ABOUT THE ROLE
Were hiring a data-driven Omni-Channel Inventory Planner to lead inventory planning and forecasting across e-commerce retail and B2B channels.
This role is responsible for inventory strategy demand forecasting replenishment planning and cross-functional alignment to ensure optimal in-stock levels maximize sales and protect margins.
Youll serve as the lead planner for B2B accounts and non-clinical product inventory acting as the primary point of contact for inventory planning decisions and partner alignment.

- Demand forecasting and replenishment
WHAT YOULL DO
- Develop and manage omni-channel inventory and replenishment strategies across retail stores e-commerce and B2B accounts
- Own demand forecasting and inventory planning for B2B partners including sales projections inventory allocation and replenishment timing
- Act as the inventory planning lead for B2B accounts aligning forecasts with partner demand and business goals
- Manage non-clinical product inventory planning ensuring consistency across all sales channels
- Analyze weekly sales performance inventory levels and forecast accuracy to identify risks and opportunities
- Partner with merchandising supply chain and operations teams to align inventory with product launches promotions and lifecycle planning
- Establish inventory priorities workflows and execution guidelines for order management teams
- Communicate inventory insights risks and recommendations to stakeholders across the business
- Support execution teams with day-to-day prioritization and inventory-related decision making
WHAT YOULL BRING
- Experience in inventory planning demand planning supply chain or retail merchandise planning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables forecasting analysis)
- Experience with forecasting tools and data visualization platforms (Power BI or similar)
- Understanding of retail math assortment planning pricing strategies and product lifecycle management
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Merchandising Planning Analytics or a related field

Have the flexibility to work on-site/in the business and remotely during the week. Youll spend a few days a week in our office for collaboration/in-person engagement and have the flexibility to work from home on other days. While on-site join other team members in the spacious Quad for lunch or enjoy our ongoing wellness activities. Employees are expected to be online and available during their teams core business hours. A company computer is provided for business use.
