The Engagement
Youll join a long-running D365 and Power Platform programme within a large regulated financial services organisation. The estate is live and in production this means real complexity real users and real delivery expectations. Youll work under a Solution Architect and alongside Business Analysts contributing to enhancements integrations and new capability build. This is not a configuration role.
What Youll be Doing
Developing and customising D365 CE and Power Platform solutions end-to-end
Building Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with production-level quality
Writing plugins custom workflows and integrations in C# and JavaScript
Designing and maintaining Dataverse schemas and data flows
Configuring and extending Power Automate flows for complex business processes
Supporting testing UAT facilitation deployment and documentation in a regulated environment
Requirements
What We Need
35 years of D365 development experience actual solution delivery not just platform configuration or administration
Full working depth across Power Platform: Canvas Apps Model-Driven Apps Dataverse Power Automate
C# as your primary development language. JavaScript as a working tool (client-side scripting form logic)
Regulated-industry experience banking insurance capital markets or public sector
Full working authorisation in your country of application. EU/EEA citizens local nationals in each country. No sponsorship available.
Business-level English Written and spoken. Daily collaboration with an international team.

Required Education:
Preferred qualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related certifications in networking security or cloud technologies (CCNA AWS Azure etc.) are a strong experience in BFSI Capital Markets or similarly regulated enterprise environments is highly ability to operate in a global team environment across time zones and technology partner ecosystems.
