Job Summary
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Location: Steamboat Springs CO
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week (3x12)
Shift: Day Shift (12-hour shifts)
Position Overview
A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care during day shifts. The ideal candidate will support nursing staff and ensure patient comfort dignity and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Support patient mobility transfers and positioning
- Maintain a clean safe and comfortable patient environment
- Assist nurses and healthcare providers with routine care tasks
- Provide emotional support and promote patient dignity
- Accurately document care provided
Schedule & Work Details
- 12-hour day shifts
- 3 days per week (36 hours/week)
- Variable scheduling based on facility needs
Experience & Requirements
- Previous CNA experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety
