How youll contribute
A Receptionist who excels in this role:

• Manages incoming calls supports administrative staff and maintains a professional front-facing presence for the hospital.
• Plays a key role in supporting the smooth flow of communication and daily operations within the facility.
• Answers and transfers incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assists coworkers with preparing documents using Microsoft Word Excel and other Windows-based systems.
• Provides administrative support to the leadership team for various projects and tasks.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance when interacting with board members medical staff visitors and the community.
• Stays organized and carries out responsibilities independently exercising sound judgment and analytical thinking.
• Demonstrates a positive team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Works independently and uses downtime productively.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What were looking for

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred; student experience in higher education considered.
• Skills: Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications. Customer service experience or aptitude required to communicate effectively with patients staff and the public.

Schedule: PRN (as needed) role floats between Chandler and Gilbert locations
