About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated sales-driven professional to join our team as an Australian Skilled Immigration Consultant. Unlike standard processing roles this position is heavily focused on consultative sales client acquisition and high-level advisory.

No prior immigration experience No problem. We believe that we can teach the intricacies of Australian Immigration Law but we cannot teach intrinsic drive passion and a closing mindset. Core Responsibilities

Consultative Sales & Closing: Conduct compelling online and in-person consultations with prospective clients. Confidently present migration strategies address concerns and follow up consistently and systematically to close sales.
Expert Profile Analysis: Once trained evaluate client credentials against current Australian Immigration Law. You must operate with strict integrity and transparency ensuring clients are only advised on viable realistic pathways.
Strategic Advisory: Provide accurate tailored advice. Your goal is to educate the client build unwavering trust and successfully convince them that your proposed strategy is the best possible option for their future.
Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management: Partner with the performance marketing team to optimize General Skilled Migration (GSM) leads. Nurture leads through the sales funnel analyzing your own performance data to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Sales DNA (Crucial): A proven track record in sales business development or high-ticket consultative selling. You must be comfortable picking up the phone following up overcoming objections and asking for the business.
No Prior Immigration Experience Required: We will provide comprehensive top-tier training on Australian Skilled Immigration. You just need to bring the passion drive and a willingness to learn complex legal frameworks quickly. (Note: Existing knowledge is a bonus but not a requirement).
Education: A completed Bachelors or Masters degree.
Analytical & Ethical: Strong analytical skills to accurately assess eligibility criteria post-training. You must be deeply committed to transparencywe sell through facts and correct advice not false promises.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and online communication tools to track leads manage follow-ups and organize your pipeline.
