Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Grants & Partnerships Manager to lead grant sourcing application and management efforts for Sproxil from India. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of securing large-scale grants (up to $2 million) and will work closely with global teams while operating from our partner office in India.
Key Responsibilities
Identify evaluate and pursue grant opportunities aligned with Sproxils mission and strategic goals
Lead end-to-end grant application processes (research proposal writing submission and follow-ups)
Develop compelling high-quality grant proposals and supporting documentation
Build and maintain relationships with international funding organizations NGOs and development agencies
Manage grant compliance reporting and donor communication
Collaborate with internal teams (product operations finance) to align proposals with business goals
Track grant performance metrics and ensure timely execution of funded projects
Provide strategic insights on funding trends within India and globally
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business International Development Public Policy or a related field (Masters preferred)
710 years of experience in grant writing fundraising or development finance
Proven track record of successfully securing grants up to $2 million
Strong understanding of global funding institutions (e.g. NGOs DFIs foundations)
Excellent proposal writing research and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote/global teams
Strong project management and organizational skills
Should be based in Thane MH and environs
