Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative - Select

Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative to join a team. This entry-level position supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Under the guidance of a lead servicer you will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Compensation Package

• Base salary range: $51400 to $63400 (dependent on experience qualifications and business needs).

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details contacts and policy information in EPIC.
• Organize and attach documents in EPIC ensuring proper naming conventions.
• Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications including BORs proposal letters change requests and proofs of insurance.
• Process policy endorsements in EPIC.
• Create and assign activities in EPIC to applicable team members.
• Order and manage loss runs.

Qualifications/Requirements

Work Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.

Professional Licenses/Certifications:

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.

Essential Skills/Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word with basic formatting skills.
• Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals.
• Strong commitment to meeting the expectations of clients and colleagues.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to find common ground in challenging situations.
• Eagerness to learn about industry trends products and technologies to enhance performance.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
