Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Petersburg West Virginia
Setting: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home
Shift: Variable Evenings / Nights
Shift Length: 8 12 or 16-hour shifts available
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description:

Navitas Healthcare LLC isa compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to residents ensuring their comfort dignity and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Assist residents with mobility including transferring and repositioning
Provide emotional support and companionship
Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment
Assist with meal service and feeding as needed
Follow individualized care plans and facility protocols
Accurately document resident care and observations

Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Prior experience in long-term care or nursing home setting preferred
Knowledge of basic patient care and safety procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and nights
Team-oriented with a compassionate approach to patient care
