Seldin Company is seeking a Grounds/Make Ready Technician at Interquest Ridge apartment community in Colorado Springs CO. This is a tax credit property with 240 units. This position will pay up to $21.00an hour determined by experience certifications skills and education.

The Apartment Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the communitys residents.
