Job Summary

A well-established legal firm is seeking an experienced Senior Foreclosure Secretary with strong banking foreclosure expertise. The ideal candidate must be able to manage a high-volume workload and confidently handle the full undefended foreclosure process from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS:

35 years experience in bank foreclosures (non-negotiable)
Experience working with ABSA Bank foreclosures (highly advantageous)
Strong understanding of the full foreclosure lifecycle (undefended matters)
Ability to work under pressure and manage large volumes
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Professional well-spoken and confident when dealing with clients and debtors

DUTIES:

Managing the full undefended foreclosure process
Drafting preparing and processing all legal documentation related to foreclosures
Liaising with banks clients debtors and other stakeholders
Monitoring and managing high-volume foreclosure matters efficiently
Ensuring deadlines are met and processes are followed accurately
Handling telephonic and written communication with professionalism
Maintaining accurate file management and reporting
