Job Title Learning and Development Business Partner
Job Summary
Analyses and identifies areas of improvement and supports
implementation of changes/improvements in relevant functional areas.
The Learning & Development Partner will work with the Learning & Development Manager to ensure the set up and delivery of the Capability Framework. They will:
Provide insight into the Maersk business in part or whole to influence learning solutions
Use their knowledge of Maersk systems /processes to assist build capability tools
Assist in the creation of business specific scenarios to contextualise learning
Assist in the creation of learning solutions
Create finished learning tools that are fit for purpose (ie visual aids the how)
Facilitate (or co-facilitate) learning programs (soft & technical)
Coach team leads Focals and SMEs
Standardise & maintain internal reference sources within CX
Standardise & coordinate new starter processes in CX
Own the onboarding planning & execution of new starters across CX leveraging SMEs
Enable LeaderPro training & Employee Orientation roll out in OCE once delivered by CEN
Development of capability requirements for all roles in CX
