About the role
Ready to make a real impact Join us as a Works Planner (Works Ready Coordinator) at our Broadmeadows depot where youll play a pivotal role in supporting our Substations team and ensuring projects are delivered safely efficiently and on time.
In this role youll be responsible for preparing and coordinating work packages making sure all logistics scheduling and crews are fully set up for success each day. Working closely with internal stakeholders youll help optimise planning minimise risks and keep our works program running smoothly from start to finish.

About You
The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and influencing skills paired with sharp analytical capability and high work standards. You will have a track record of maintaining data integrity management and process governance while communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised and detailfocused you will balance competing priorities coach others and drive continuous improvement. Your proactive professional approach ensures efficient operations accurate reporting and consistently highquality outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing capability
- Advanced analytical skills including capacity planning and data integrity troubleshooting
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Proficiency in SAP Microsoft Word/Excel and other planning or scheduling systems is highly regarded
