Duties/Responsibilities

- Project Managers
- Senior Project Managers
- Assistant Project Managers
- Project Engineers
Duties/Responsibilities Cont.
Essential Functions:
Depending on your role and level responsibilities may include:
- Supporting project planning scheduling budgeting and execution
- Managing subcontractors vendors and project resources
- Tracking project costs change orders RFIs and submittals
- Coordinating field operations with superintendents and trade teams
- Maintaining project schedules and ensuring milestone completion
- Managing client relationships and internal communication
- Leading teams and driving successful project delivery
- Ensuring quality safety and contract compliance throughout all project phases
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have:
- Minimum 2 years ofexperience in commercialMEPconstructionorproject management
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes schedules budgets and contracts
- Ability to read and interpret drawings specifications and project documents
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiencywith construction management and scheduling software preferred
- Leadership experience preferred for Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles
- Valid drivers license

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Office days and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
