Hopkins Lacy the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) Division of Branch is growing and looking for driven professionals to join our team. We are hiringexperiencedleaders and project professionalswho are ready to help deliver high-quality commercial MEP projects fromproject start-upthrough completion.

Duties/Responsibilities

We are actively hiring:

  • Project Managers
  • Senior Project Managers
  • Assistant Project Managers
  • Project Engineers

Duties/Responsibilities Cont.

Essential Functions:

Depending on your role and level responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting project planning scheduling budgeting and execution
  • Managing subcontractors vendors and project resources
  • Tracking project costs change orders RFIs and submittals
  • Coordinating field operations with superintendents and trade teams
  • Maintaining project schedules and ensuring milestone completion
  • Managing client relationships and internal communication
  • Leading teams and driving successful project delivery
  • Ensuring quality safety and contract compliance throughout all project phases

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Minimum 2 years ofexperience in commercialMEPconstructionorproject management
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes schedules budgets and contracts
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings specifications and project documents
  • Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiencywith construction management and scheduling software preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred for Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles
  • Valid drivers license

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Office days and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
