ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is ideal for an experienced pricing or legal project management professional who thrives in a partner-facing consultative environment and wants to shape how complex legal matters are priced managed and delivered.
Act as the primary point of contact in APAC for pricing and LPM matters
Advise on fee structures alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategy
Support matter scoping planning delivery monitoring and post-matter reviews
Lead pricing input for RFPs pitches and strategic proposals
Embed best-practice legal project management principles into live matters
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency transparency service quality and profitability
Deliver training and coaching on pricing and LPM tools and methodologies
Collaborate with Finance IT Knowledge and Business Development teams locally and globally
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
Proven experience in pricing legal project management or a related commercial role preferably in professional services
Strong financial and commercial acumen with advanced Excel capability
Experience managing complex matters or projects with multiple stakeholders
Confidence partnering with senior lawyers and partners
Strong communication influencing and stakeholder-management skills
Desirable
Experience in a law firm or legal services environment
Familiarity with legal technology AI tools or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Demonstrated success delivering LPM as a core client service
