ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is ideal for an experienced pricing or legal project management professional who thrives in a partner-facing consultative environment and wants to shape how complex legal matters are priced managed and delivered.

• Act as the primary point of contact in APAC for pricing and LPM matters

• Advise on fee structures alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategy

• Support matter scoping planning delivery monitoring and post-matter reviews

• Lead pricing input for RFPs pitches and strategic proposals

• Embed best-practice legal project management principles into live matters

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency transparency service quality and profitability

• Deliver training and coaching on pricing and LPM tools and methodologies

• Collaborate with Finance IT Knowledge and Business Development teams locally and globally

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Proven experience in pricing legal project management or a related commercial role preferably in professional services

• Strong financial and commercial acumen with advanced Excel capability

• Experience managing complex matters or projects with multiple stakeholders

• Confidence partnering with senior lawyers and partners

• Strong communication influencing and stakeholder-management skills

Desirable

• Experience in a law firm or legal services environment

• Familiarity with legal technology AI tools or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Demonstrated success delivering LPM as a core client service
