ROLE PURPOSE
Were looking for a Social Project Manager to join our Manchester team and make some excellent work. Youll help us deliver brilliant social creative for one of Britains best loved FMCG brands.
As a Social Project Manager you will oversee projects from inception to execution working together with a talented team of strategists business leads creatives and content creators. You will be the operations powerhouse ensuring we have the right resources and timescales to deliver best in class social creative. Youll have a holistic view of the campaigns at a portfolio level but also able to lean in to deliver on priority projects.
You will lead on ensuring project scopes are accurate and finances are maintained in the agency finance system Paprika with the ability to speak confidently to the financial health of the client portfolio reporting back to senior leadership within the project management community and the wider agency leadership.
You will be a creative thinker who also gets a kick out of being organised making things run smoothly and efficiently comes as second nature to you. A natural love of process and documentation a keen eye for detail and a great communicator.
LIFE AS A PROJECT MANAGER AT DENTSU CREATIVE
You will manage project finances resource planning and capacity management - helping to ensure that your projects are resourced effectively and capacity is managed for the varied roles within the agency team
Maintain a RAG status across the client portfolio tightly managing risks and mitigating issues effectively
You will run a daily stand-up and weekly internal status meeting
Manage client requests and rounds of feedback / amends in a timely manner
Work closely with the other PMs within the project management team to ensure the smooth running of the teams schedule
Assist with project-based documentation such as SOWs cost estimates timing plans and production schedules ensuring they follow agency process
Act as the team support on projects making sure that the creative team and content creators are aligned and all project requests are actioned
WHAT YOU BRING
1 - 5 years experience in a similar role youll have a proven track record of delivering similar types of social creative in an agency environment
Team management - a real team player who loves working collaboratively and has an instinct for liaising with creatives; someone who knows what great looks like!
Time management High levels of organisation and brilliant at working in parallel on multiple projects
Incredible attention to detail and diligent QAing of any work before it leaves the building
A self-starter with the ability to work independently
A diplomatic and confident communicator who can be flexible and adaptable
Previous experience of HFSS regulations would be advantageous but not essential
Previous experience of using Paprika to manage resource and project finances would be appreciated but training will be provided on this too
Experience of using project management tools such as Adobe Workfront and Mondaycom would be beneficial
Eagerness to adopt learn and make best use of AI
