Window Cleaner Summer Full-Time (MayAugust)

JacquelineLaforet Window Cleaning operated through the Student Works Management Program is a locally operated exterior home services business serving the North York and GTA area. We specialize in residential window cleaning gutter cleaning and exterior home maintenance services.
We are currently hiring motivated full-time team members for the summer season. This position is ideal for students athletes recent graduates or individuals looking for a fast-paced outdoor role where hard work leadership and reliability are recognized and rewarded.
This is more than just a summer job. Team members who perform well can earn raises take on leadership responsibilities and gain valuable experience in leadership customer service operations sales and entrepreneurship.
What Youll Do
Perform window cleaning gutter cleaning and related exterior services at residential properties
Work closely with a crew in a team-oriented environment
Travel to various job sites throughout North York and the GTA
Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
Follow safety procedures and maintain high-quality service standards
Assist with setup cleanup and organization of equipment and vehicles

Compensation
Compensation begins at$17.20/hour(Ontario minimum wage during training)
Employees transition into apiece-rate pay structurebased on productivity and performance
Most team members who complete training successfully progress to earnings equivalent to approximately$19/hour or higher
Additional performance-based raises and bonuses may be available for strong performers
Full paid training provided
Schedule
Full-time seasonal position (MayAugust)
Approximately 3545 hours per week
Primarily daytime hours
Scheduling may vary depending on weather conditions
Requirements
Available full-time during the summer season
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to perform physical labour including safe ladder work using proper equipment and training
Strong communication skills and reliability
Valid drivers license required
Reliable transportation and full-time access to a vehicle are required as team members are responsible for travelling between job sites and transporting ladders tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Training & Safety
No prior experience required
Hands-on training provided for all services tools and safety procedures
Work completed in accordance with company safety standards
Full WSIB coverage provided
