Window Cleaner Summer Full-Time (MayAugust)

Jacqueline Laforet Window Cleaning operated through theStudent Works Management Program is a locally operated exterior home services business serving the North York area. We provide residential window cleaning gutter cleaning and exterior maintenance services.
We are currently hiring team members for full-time summer positions. This role is well-suited for students or individuals seeking seasonal employment and hands-on work experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning gutter cleaning and related exterior services
- Work as part of a team at residential job sites
- Travel to various locations within North York and the GTA
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Follow company procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Compensation
- $17.20 per hour (Ontario minimum wage)
- Additional performance-based bonuses may be available based on productivity
Hours & Schedule
- Full-time seasonal position (MayAugust)
- 3545 hours per week
- Work is primarily scheduled during daytime hours with some variability based on weather
Requirements
- Ability to work full-time during the summer season
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labour including ladder use with proper safety equipment
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills and reliability
Training & Safety
- No prior experience required
- Training is provided for all tasks and equipment
- Work is completed in accordance with safety standards and procedures
- Full WSIB coverage
