The Durant Board of Education is seeking a dynamic leader to continue the growth and process in our education system. DISD is interested in candidates who are knowledgeable and have a proven track record as an experience educational leader.
Successful candidates for Assistant Superintendent will be able to demonstrate a commitment to high academic standards for all students provide a successful record of improving student achievement increasing school performance closing achievement gaps building a performance-based culture and instructional leadership to help students excel and demonstrating support for students and teachers.
