Report directly to the Executive Director of Product Management the Product Management Operations Lead support the establishment enhancement and implementation of the product lifecycle management framework and drive organizational maturity to the next level.
Role Description :
The Product Management Operations Lead will:
ProcessDevelopment: Develop and enhance standard Product Life Cycle Management framework. Develop templates for Sales enablementmarketingcollaterals sales pitchfor targeted verticals processes tools and standard approaches especially on on GTM/Launch product growth and maintenance as well as transition to end of life
Implementation of Product life cycle management: Drive adoption ofProduct Life Cycle Management for all product lines through. working with cross-functional teams including all levels in Product Management Sales AppsR&D andCustomer support etc.
Project Management: ProvideProject Management leadership toall product launches include Product Life Cycle Management focused on GTM Growth/SupportandEOL stages
Reporting: Drivedevelopment ofKPI Dashboards for all product lines;manage reportingrequirementsof with stakeholders to understand and assess the impact of our products analyzing data and sourcing & triaging feedback from the field
Data analytics insights and influence product decisions:Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guideproduct developmentand improvement.
Continuous Improvement:Identify and detectprocess gaps in thelife cycle management frameworkdrive continuous improvement of standardized processes and tools. Support Product Management leadership team toadvance organization maturity
