What You Bring

  • Current Montana RN license (or compact license eligible to practice in Montana)

  • BSN required (Masters preferred in Nursing Healthcare Administration or related field)

  • 3 years of leadership experience

  • 2 years of recent Critical Care experience

  • Current RQI Healthcare Provider certification (ACLS preferred/required for ICU)

Preferred

  • Specialty certification (e.g. CCRN)

  • Experience leading in a high-acuity or ICU setting

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations quality improvement and regulatory standards

  • Oversee patient care delivery staffing and clinical operations within the ICU

  • Champion quality safety and regulatory compliance

Operational Leadership

  • Manage staffing scheduling budgeting and resource allocation

  • Monitor productivity and support fiscal responsibility

  • Partner across departments to ensure seamless coordinated care

Build a Thriving Culture

  • Promote employee engagement retention and growth

  • Partner with HR on hiring performance management and team development

  • Encourage open communication collaboration and innovation

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
