Job Summary
TheAccount Manager Enterpriseis responsible formanaging and growing a defined set of accounts within the assigned region. This role focuses on driving net new revenue while supporting renewals increasing product adoption and ensuring long-term customer success.
You will build strong relationships with strategic customersidentifynew business opportunities and collaborate closely with in-region Account Managers and cross-functional teams. The primaryobjectiveis to drivenet-new ACV while supporting retention and expansion across the enterprise customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts within the assigned territory
- Create aTerritory Pan to identifyand close net new revenue opportunitiesinexisting andprospectcustomers.
- Support renewals and expansion within existing accounts
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Conduct discovery tobuild a pipeline ofnewlogoopportunitiesand existing customer upsells.
- Partner closely with in-region AccountExecutiveson account strategy and execution.Work cross functionallywith Account Executivesto ensure customer satisfaction within the Region.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-making across stakeholders
- Utilize internal systems (SFDC Clari Apttus) for forecasting quoting and pipeline management
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g. business desk order management) to ensure smooth deal execution
- Maintainaccurateforecasting and pipeline visibility
- Travel as needed for customer meetings events and regional engagement

- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
