Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Wray CO 80758
Duration: 10 Weeks (April 20 2026 June 22 2026)
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours/week (5x8)
Shift: Flexible (Evenings/Nights 812 hour shifts)
Position Overview
A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care across evening and night shifts. The ideal candidate will be adaptable detail-oriented and committed to maintaining patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Ensure a clean safe and supportive environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to support care plans
Schedule & Work Details
- Flexible scheduling with evening and night shifts
- Combination of 8-hour and occasional 12-hour shifts
- 5 days per week (40 hours/week)
Experience & Requirements
- Previous LPN experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to scheduling needs
