Role Overview

In the role of Senior Web Content Manager for you will oversee the content strategy for the Spanish market from start to finish. You will lead all customer-facing communications on the website email push and in-product channels.

You will define the longterm content vision lead a crossfunctional content ecosystem and ensure that all communications deliver commercial impact regulatory compliance and a bestinclass customer experience.

This role requires a seasoned content leader with strong commercial instincts and extensive knowledge of the Spanish iGaming landscape. The capacity to engage and persuade senior partners across PokerStars Southern Europe is essential.

What youll do

Website Content Strategy Product Releases & Leadership

• Develop and own the Spanish website content strategy ensuring alignment with commercial priorities brand positioning and regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate with Commercial and CVM the planning and execution of multichannel communication frameworks across all customer touchpoints.
• Build and maintain a strategic content roadmap that supports acquisition retention and reactivation objectives.
• Ensure the adequate exposure of the Casino games coordinating with the Casino product team the release of all new games added to the portfolio as well as with Commercial is positioning.
• Coordinate with the Sportsbetting product team the localization and optimal release of all markets and new features added to the sportsbook product.
• Champion the Spanish tone of voice and ensure consistent application across all channels and teams.

Web Content Operations & Execution

• Oversee the full web content lifecycle for all gaming verticals.
• Provide seniorlevel direction to Copywriters Studio Website and Channel Teams ensuring briefs are clear timely and aligned with SLAs.
• Write and refine highimpact Spanish content when needed setting the standard for quality and brand consistency.
• Ensure seamless integration of content with broader marketing CVM and commercial initiatives.

Compliance & Governance

• Act as the senior guardian of Spanish regulatory compliance across the website.
• Partner closely with Legal Compliance and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure all website content meets local requirements.
• Implement and oversee robust quality assurance processes to mitigate risk and maintain brand integrity.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and proactively adapt content strategies.

Performance Insights & Optimization

• Own the content performance framework defining KPIs and measurement standards.
• Lead A/B testing programs to optimize messaging engagement and conversion.
• Use customer insights behavioural data and market trends to refine content strategies and improve effectiveness.
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Act as the senior content partner to Commercial Network Marketing and Product teams.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and impactful visual communication.
• Influence crossregional collaborators within PokerStars Southern Europe to drive alignment and share standard processes.
• Mentor and support junior content team members fostering a culture of creativity accountability and continuous improvement.

What youll bring

Essential

• Nativelevel Spanish with exceptional written communication skills.
• 57 years of content leadership experience ideally within gaming gambling or a similarly regulated industry.
• Proven ability to lead multivertical website content strategies at scale.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish market cultural nuances and player behaviours.
• Experience with content management systems CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish gambling regulations and responsible gaming requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior partners and drive crossfunctional alignment.
• Understanding of poker casino products and/or sportsbetting.

Desirable

• Experience with PokerStars or other major iGaming brands.
• Experience managing or mentoring content teams.
