Salesforce Senior Developer Service Cloud / Voice / Amazon Connect Híbrido Guadalajara

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer with strong experience across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is critical in designing developing and delivering scalable high-quality solutions while providing technical leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills Required:

With over 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer you must be proficient in the following technical skills:

• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• 5 years of experience with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect
• Advanced English (required)
• Proficiency in Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and complex data models
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum Jira)
• Hands-on experience with DevOps processes within Salesforce
• Experience with Databricks is a plus

Certifications (Required)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications
• Architecture certifications are highly valued

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Fluent in English (Advanced) C1 - C2
• Excellent communication teamwork commitment and a proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce applications
• Extend platform capabilities through integrations and custom solutions
• Manage user roles profiles permissions flows validation rules and automation
• Leverage Salesforce AI tools to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and system updates
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Manage deployment and release processes across environments (sandbox and production)
• Ensure platform stability performance and continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases features and best practices

Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid in Guadalajara
• Work hours Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00
• Advanced English skills are mandatory and only residents of Mexico
