Account Manager, Corporate Sales (German Speaking)

About the Role
We are launching a strategic Plus One Account Manager program to ensure continuous customer coverage and protect revenue growth during periods of planned or unplanned account transitions (e.g. parental/medical leave or attrition). As a Plus One Account Manager you will serve as a highly flexible fully trained sales professional who can quickly step into an active territory when needed.
This role is designed as a pipeline for future full-time territory ownership while building deep product customer and sales expertise. We are seeking someone with fluent German and very good English skills to cover our German market / Customers based in London.
Your responsibilities
Take ownership of active territories and keep live deals moving no disruption no drop-off Customers should never feel the transition.
Build and manage your own pipeline with a proactive opportunity-first mindset
Your deals your strategy from first conversation to close
Lead territory planning account strategy and revenue forecasting
Think beyond the quarter think in customer lifetime value
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and internal partners
Identify and create new growth opportunities including Studio solutions and competitive displacement
Creative approaches to finding new revenue
Your profile
Proven experience in B2B Tech. sales or account management SaaS or enterprise preferred
You know what a complex deal feels like from the inside
Fast ramp-up ability you get up to speed quickly across new accounts industries and stakeholders
Fluent German strong English skills You move confidently in both languages
Proactive entrepreneurial mindset you dont wait for direction you create momentum
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Dynamic environments energise you they dont slow you down
Open to travel up to 20%
