You will take ownership of building and scaling our YouTube channels shaping how our brand reaches a global audience and contributes to our growth. Youll work with a strong motivated team of analysts editors and designers. We have the data resources and ambition to scale. Were looking for someone who brings the same level of ambition to lead this effort.

What you will do

• Define and build YouTube growth strategy: You will define and continuously refine our YouTube and video strategy ensuring tight alignment with BrokerChoosers growth goals with a clear ambition to reach 1M monthly organic views.
• Drive content direction and storytelling: You will identify and create winning formats that turn complex financial topics into engaging high-performing content.
• Leverage with AI: We expect you to do more with AI and execute at scale. You need to test and use AI tools to enhance ideation scripting and optimization and to help build scalable content processes and workflows.
• Collaborate: You will lead and execute the majority of content creation working closely with designers analysts and editors who support you in bringing ideas to life and ensuring high-quality output.
• Own performance and optimization: You will take full ownership of channel growth working with the team to optimize resources and outputs to get more ROI. We love creativity but we understand data. You will monitor key metrics learn and iterate continuously.

Who were looking for

• Proven success building or scaling a YouTube channel
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithms
• Experience with AI tools in content creation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Growth mindset and global thinking
• Available to work in Hungary / Based in Budapest - our office has a cool studio in the centre of Budapest
• Nice to have:
  • Experience working with global audiences
  • Fintech experience or strong interest in this sector
  • Experience with managing full-scale social channels (LinkedIn TikTok Instagram Facebook)
