Finance Manager Italy – Fixed-Term Contract

Role

Under the supervision of the Central Finance Team the Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
• Delivering accurate financial reporting and analyses to support decision-making
• Overseeing financial activities including local accounting and cash flow management
• Managing a Finance & Accounting Specialist
• Collaborating closely with the General Manager cross-functional teams and other partners to drive performance and strategic objectives
• Contributing to the implementation of an EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solution
• Supporting strategic initiatives including M&A activities and other projects

This position is available on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
We are looking for someone who is available to join us as soon as possible (April/May 2026) for a period of 6 to 9 months.
The position can be based in Milan or Paris. 

Qualifications :

• Ability to operate autonomously and ensure continuity of finance operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical strategic thinking and accounting skills
• High level of rigor with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Leadership and team management capabilities as well as communication and presentation skills
• 3-10 years of professional experience as a Finance Manager Financial Planning Analyst or Financial Controller; exposure to M&A is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ideally experience with accounting software (Datev and/or Workday)
• Fluent in both English and Italian
