Senior BI Engineer (Microsoft BI Stack)

You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI stack. Your work will support data integration data modeling and reporting capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities  

• Design develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Build and optimize data models using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
• Develop and maintain reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server for data storage querying and performance optimization
• Manage version control and collaboration using Git
• Deploy BI artifacts (SSIS SSAS SSRS) across environments (Dev / Integration / Production) using Visual Studio
• Ensure data quality consistency and performance of BI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and reporting

Qualifications :

Must Have

• Strong experience with Microsoft BI technologies (SSIS SSAS SSRS)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with:
  • SSIS (ETL development)
  • SSAS (data modeling)
  • SSRS (report development)
• Experience using Visual Studio for BI development and deployment
• Experience with Git for version control
• Experience with deployment processes across multiple environments (Dev / Int / Prod)
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI Desktop (Report Server)
• Familiarity with modern BI or cloud-based data platforms
• Understanding of data modeling techniques (e.g. star schema)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
