This role sits within one of four business areas: Project Delivery Change Management Intermediary or Corporate Portfolio. Depending on the area you join youll support key activity such as coordinating initiatives analysing information managing priorities and contributing to effective delivery and performance within that part of the business. The role offers valuable exposure to how decisions are planned delivered and managed within your specialist area and is well suited to someone who enjoys problemsolving and supporting business outcomes.

Core Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Analytical thinking able to review information identify issues or trends and support decisionmaking
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal with the confidence to present information clearly
  • Problemsolving mindset with a practical and structured approach to addressing challenges
  • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy when working with data reports plans or documentation
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of how decisions impact business performance and outcomes
  • Adaptability comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving priorities

Qualifications :

What we are looking for:

  • Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026;
  • Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree;
  • An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
  • Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis; (the role is not remote)
  • A problem solving approach and a keen desire to lean new tools and technologies;
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas basic analysis)
