A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a compassionate and dependable QMAP CNA to provide direct patient care and medication administration support in a long-term care or assisted living setting. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing and feeding
Administer medications in accordance with QMAP certification and facility policies
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort
Assist with mobility transfers and patient safety
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and healthcare team
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Experience Requirements
Previous CNA and/or QMAP experience preferred
Experience in long-term care or assisted living setting preferred
Education & Certifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
QMAP certification required
Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred
Schedule & Work Details
5x8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
Variable day and evening shifts based on facility needs
