Job Summary
Part-time Accounting Officer in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 534943) (to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary term basis with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language Chinese Language and Mathematics or a Higher Certificate (e.g. LCCI higher); and at least 8 years work experience preferably in accounting healthcare and/or tertiary institutions. They should also have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese have good knowledge of MS software applications such as MS Word and Excel and Oracle financial system and be able to work independently with self-motivation. They should also be good team players.
The appointee is expected to provide support in the Finance Team of the LKS Faculty of Medicine on accounting finance and administrative matters and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
