Commercial Analyst (mfd)

We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our team responsible for developing and maintaining the data models and reports that power commercial decision-making across the Group.

A key part of this role is driving efficiency automating and streamlining existing reports improving data processes and optimising how we deliver insights to the business. A further focus is extending our data horizon by integrating marketing and finance data sources to broaden reporting capability. You will work in cross-border teams and build strong relationships with operational and commercial Finance teams across the Group.

• Develop and maintain scalable data models and datasets for Power BI integrating multiple data sources (e.g. commercial marketing finance)
• Ensure data quality consistency and auditability through validation reconciliation and documentation of data flows
• Drive efficiency through automation and AI-supported data transformation validation and anomaly detection
• Manage and optimise Power BI environments including datasets refresh processes performance tuning and access control
• Provide ongoing reporting support resolving data issues and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance datasets and reporting capabilities

Qualifications :

• 35 years of experience in commercial analytics BI or analytics engineering
• Strong end-to-end data skillset from SQL-based modelling to Power BI report delivery
• Proactive independent problem solver with the ability to investigate data issues across the full pipeline
• High attention to detail especially regarding financial and sales data accuracy
• Effective communicator and collaborator able to work with non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships
