Data Consultant

Job Summary
You will manage main Data Management client relationships to help Experians data furnishers maintain the quality of their reported data. The Data Consultant will collaborate and consult with important partners to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management translating our needs into analytics requirements data management as a result.
Main Responsibilities
- First contact for our data furnishers on data reporting and data integrity; includes education on best practices in data reporting
- Consult on Data Integrity Services products (Metric Report and DataArc) for our smaller clients and products
- Navigate a complex business environment and work with important partners in Marketing Sales and Data Management to support data reporting integrity
You will report to: DIS Consulting Manager
Qualifications :
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- 2-4 years of experience in client support
- Experience analyzing results and translating into relevant presentations for diverse audiences
- Experience with the Credit Reporting Resource Guide
- Strong (Word Excel (can perform complex functions) PowerPoint)
- Financial industry knowledge
- Experience working with data warehouse or analytical tools for business purposes (Tableau Alteryx etc.)
- Experience with AWS services (e.g. Athena Glue SageMaker etc.)
